You can participate in the Amarillo Conference in several ways. You can be a sponsor, an exhibitor, or you can place inserts or an advertisement in our conference syllabus. Only those businesses that provide breastfeeding or breastfeeding-related materials or whose products may be of interest to conference attendees will be considered. Deadline for consideration to be a sponsor or exhibitor or to place an advertisement or inserts in the syllabus is April 30, 2009.

Sponsors participate in the success of the conference by contributing money. Sponsors are listed in the conference syllabus.
Levels of sponsorship:
Diamond Luncheons for 3 days $42,000
Gold Luncheons for 2 days $28,000
Silver Luncheons for 1 day $14,000
Exhibitors
Exhibitors contribute to the success of the conference by having a booth. Exhibitors are also listed in the conference syllabus.
Types of Booths Available:
Commercial: $825 single $1200 double
Cottage: $550 (annual income $6000 or less)
Non-Profit: $450
