The syllabus will include the objectives, outline, and bibliography for each session.  Those sessions with unpublished research will include an abstract rather than Powerpoint handouts.

After we process your registration, you will receive a paid invoice in the mail. If you do not receive the paid invoice within two weeks of submitting your registration form, if your company handled your registration and you are not sure if you are registered, or if your name is misspelled, please contact

Refunds:  Prior to May 1, 2009, registration fees can be refunded minus a $50 service fee.  After May 1, 2009, your registration fee minus a $150 service fee to cover the cost of catering can be refunded.  The $150 goes toward expenses.
